The automotive care platform
Everything a car needs, under one owner.
Repair, tires, and maintenance in the bays. Towing and recovery on the road. A wash on the way home. Each business stands on its own and each one feeds the others.
A repeatable model: disciplined underwriting at acquisition, a proven integration playbook, and centralized infrastructure that lets each location perform above what it could reach alone. We are built to scale, and we welcome partners who share our standard and our time horizon.
I. Acquire
A defined buy box
Franchise resales, owner retirements, and add-on locations within reach of our Southfield headquarters, with the real estate whenever possible. Every deal is underwritten to the same criteria before it is signed.
II. Integrate
One platform behind every bay
Finance, HR, recruiting, marketing, IT, and training are centralized. A new location is onto Halco systems and reporting within weeks, keeping its name and local team while gaining the infrastructure of a much larger company.
III. Compound
Disciplined capital allocation
Consolidated reporting across every entity, reviewed monthly. Capital is directed to the highest-return use available, whether that is the next location, the next truck, or the property under an existing store.
Halco began with a single automotive service center and has grown through strategic acquisitions into a diversified automotive services platform. Today, we own and operate neighborhood service centers, a towing and recovery business, a car wash, and the commercial real estate that supports our operations, all guided by a long-term commitment to customers, employees, and the communities we serve.

Operating principles
How we run what we own.
A portfolio of service businesses only compounds if each one is run with discipline. These are the standards every Halco company is held to.
Standardized operations
Every location runs the same processes, reporting, and training. Consistency is what lets a family company scale past what any one person can supervise.
Accountability with warmth
Clear targets, weekly numbers, and direct feedback, delivered by people who care about the person on the other side of the conversation.
Decisions at speed
No layers between the shop floor and ownership. Capital, hiring, and acquisition decisions are made in days, not quarters.
Own the real estate
Where it makes sense, we own the property under the business. Control of the site protects the operating company and compounds value on both sides.

Halco Property Management
We own and manage the ground our businesses stand on.
Halco Property Management is the real estate arm of Halco Management Company. Held through AMER Holdings and ANH Investment, it acquires, manages, and leases the commercial property our operating companies run from: automotive service buildings, corner sites on major corridors, and the land around them.
Halco-owned service center
What we do
Operating company and landlord, on the same side of the table.
Owning the site removes the largest risk to a service business, the lease, and turns rent into equity. Every property decision is made with the operator in the room.
Owner-occupied
Buy the building with the business
When we acquire a service center, we look to acquire the real estate alongside it. Sellers get a clean exit from both; Halco gets a permanent home for the location.
Sale-leaseback
Liquidity for owners who keep operating
We purchase automotive service properties from owner-operators and lease them back, freeing capital for the owner while keeping their shop in place.
Corridor sites
Land and buildings for the next location
We acquire well-located commercial sites on Southeast Michigan's major corridors, including former service stations and auto-service buildings, for future Halco locations.
Asset management
Day-to-day ownership of the portfolio
Leases, taxes, insurance, maintenance, and capital projects across every site are managed in house. One team is accountable for the building and for the business operating inside it.
Site selection
Where the next store goes
We underwrite traffic counts, corridor position, bay count, and the build-out cost before a location is ever signed. The real estate decision comes first, not last.
Brokers & landlords
What we are looking for.
We are an active buyer and a reliable tenant. If you represent a property that fits, we can move quickly and we buy with our own capital.
Asset type
Automotive service buildings with three or more bays, former service stations, and car wash sites
Location
Major commercial corridors in Wayne, Washtenaw, Jackson, and surrounding counties
Structure
Fee simple purchase, sale-leaseback, or acquisition alongside the operating business
Entities
AMER Holdings LLC · ANH Investment LLC
Halco's real estate is held in dedicated investment entities and managed by the same team that runs the operating companies. That means one decision-maker for the lease, the build-out, and the business inside.
Landlords with a Halco tenant work directly with ownership. Brokers with a site that fits should reach out at realestate@halcogroup.com; we review every submission and respond directly.
Brokers, landlords, and owner-operators can reach the real estate team directly. We review every site and respond ourselves, not through an intermediary.
Halco hires at two levels: the corporate team in Southfield that runs the platform, and the managers, technicians, and drivers who run our locations. Both grow with every acquisition.

Why Halco
Work hard. Get backed up. Move up.
We hire for attitude and train for skill. If you show up, own your work, and treat people right, there is a real career here. We promote from inside before we look outside.
Accountability with warmth
A high bar, held kindly. Clear expectations, honest feedback, and a team that has your back when things get hard.
Trained from day one
Every new hire gets a structured training workbook and a manager who walks it with you. Nobody is thrown in the deep end.
Room to grow
A growing network of shops means new lead tech, service advisor, and store manager seats open every year.
Move fast, fix it
Small-company speed. If something is broken, you can say so and it gets fixed. No layers, no waiting on corporate.
Open roles
Where we are hiring.
These are the roles we hire for most often. Do not see your exact fit? Send a resume anyway; we grow fast and would rather know you before the seat opens.
Corporate & leadership
Operators and professionals who want ownership-level responsibility in a company still small enough to see the whole picture.

Time to sell your shop, take on a partner, or sell your real estate?
We acquire and invest in automotive repair shops across Southeast Michigan: franchise resales, independent shops, tire and service centers, and the property they sit on. If you are interested, contact us directly. Every submission is read by ownership and kept confidential.
Sell your shop
A clean exit, on your timeline
Outright purchase of the business, with the real estate if you own it. We can close quickly and structure the transition around you, not a deadline.
Grow with a partner
Keep operating, add a platform
A minority or majority investment that puts Halco's finance, HR, recruiting, marketing, and buying power behind your shop while you stay in the business.
Sell your real estate
Liquidity without leaving
We buy automotive service properties and lease them back, or buy the building alongside the business. Fee-simple purchases with our own capital.
Not your everyday buyer.
We are operators, not a fund. We run the same kind of shops you do, we know what a good one is worth, and we do not need a committee or a lender's approval to say yes. Any size deal, any brand, done fast and done quietly.
When Halco acquires a shop, the name can stay on the building, the team keeps their jobs, and your customers keep the service they are used to. You leave knowing the business you built is going to an owner-operator that will keep investing in it, not strip it.
